AIO Exercise with Michael Day 1

Hi I am Michael. We’ll start Day 1 of All In one Exercise.Today We Will do exercise for the  lower back pain part as it is Day 1.It’ll take us approximately 10 mins

Let’s start.

Step 1: As you recline, keep the soles of your feet on the ground and your knees bent.

Step 2: Lift your shoulders off the ground by putting your hands behind your head or around your chest.

Step 3: While raising your shoulders breath out.

Step 4: Hold for the 1 second

Step 5: Repeat with b/w Twelve and 8 repetitions
