AIO Exercise with Michael Day 10

Hi I am Michael. We’ll start Day 10 of All In One Exercise.Today We’ll do exercise for height increase part as it is Day 10.It’ll take us approximately 10 mins

Let’s start.

Step 1: In a forward bending position.

Step 2:Bar Suspended.

Step 3:Stretching Cobra.

Step 4:Stretching the Walls..

Step 5:Swimming on the Dry Land.

Step 6:Lifting of the Pelvis.

Step 7:Stretching the spine outward.

Step 8:Pilates Upward Bound.
