Hi I am Michael. We’ll start Day 12 of All In one Exercise.Today We Will do exercise for slim legs part as it is Day 12.It’ll take us approximately 10 mins
Step 1: Lunges. In order to target a wide range of muscles, lunges are an excellent choice for the beginner or intermediate athlete.
Step 2:Glute bridge on one leg only. Flat surface, knees bent, both feet on the ground
Step 3:Jumps from a squat position.
Step 4:Steps to the side with a lunge.
The sumo squats down.
