AIO Exercise with Michael Day 17

Hi I am Michael. We’ll start Day 17 of All In one Exercise.Today We Will do exercise for  right hip pain part as it is Day 17.It’ll take us approximately 10 mins

Let’s start.

Step 1: Extend your legs straight out in front of you while lying on your back.

Step 2:Pull the right knee toward the chest while keeping the left leg straight.

Step 3:Help bring the knee toward your chest by placing your hands on top of it.

Step 4:Ten seconds into the stretch, hold it for a minute.

Step 5:To begin, gradually lower the leg back toward the floor by releasing your knee’s grip.
