AIO Exercise with Michael Day 18

Let’s start.

Hi I am Michael. We’ll start Day 18 of All In one Exercise.Today We Will do exercise for  Asthma part as it is Day 18.It’ll take us approximately 10 mins

Step 1: Swimming.

When it comes to exercising, swimming is one of the best options for those with asthma.

Step 2: Walking.

Walking is a terrific low-intensity activity, as well.

Step 3:Hiking is best for asthma.

Step 4:Biking for pleasure.

Step 5:Track and field for short distances.

Step 6:Short bursts of action in a variety of sporting events.
