Hi I am Michael. We’ll start Day 19 of All In one Exercise.Today We Will do exercise for the  digestion part as it is Day 19.It’ll take us approximately 10 mins

Step 3:Take a deep breath.

Step 4:Walking.

Step 5:Workouts that target the core muscles.
