AIO Exercise with Michael Day 20

Hi I am Michael. We’ll start Day 20 of All In one Exercise.Today We Will do exercise for the  upper body part as it is Day 20.It’ll take us approximately 10 mins

Let’s start.

Step 1: Push-Up.

Step 2 :Hold on to your clean clothes.

Step 3 :Pullover with Dumbbells.

Step 4:Straightforward Press.

Step 5:Lat Pulldown.

Step 6:Crawl like a bear.

Step 7:Rows that are arranged in the opposite direction.

Step 8:Extension of the Triceps Overhead.
