Hi I am Michael. We’ll start Day 6 of All In One Exercise.Today We’ll do best exercise for weight loss as it is Day 6. It’ll take us approximately 10 mins

Let’s start.

Step 1:Walking has long been recognised as one of the most effective methods of losing weight.

Step 2:Running as opposed to jogging. Running and jogging are excellent weight-loss exercise

Step 3: Cycling.

Step 4:Lifting weights is a form of resistance training.

Step 5:Workouts that alternate between short and long intervals.

Step 6:Swimming.
