AIO Exercise with Michael Day 7

Hi I am Michael. We’ll start Day 7 of All In One Exercise.Today We’ll do chest part as it is Day 7. It’ll take us approximately 10 mins

Let’s start.

Step 1: Push-ups on an incline are also known as inclines. There isn’t anything special you’ll need.

Step 2:Bench press with a flat back. A flat bench and a barbell or dumbbells are required.

Step 3:Bench press on an incline. You’ll need a barbell or dumbbells as well as incline bench to perform this exercise

Step 4:Reduce the number of reps you do the bench press.

Step 5:As a starting point, perform one pushup

Step 6:Cable splicing.

Step 7:Dip your chest a little bit.

Step 8:Pullover with resistance bands.
