AIO Exercise with Michael Day 9

Hi I am Michael. We’ll start Day 9 of All In One Exercise.Today We’ll do exercise for arms part as it is Day 9.It’ll take us approximately 10 mins

Let’s start.

Step 1: Place a dumbbell in each hand while lying on the floor.

Step 2:Stop at chest level by bending your arms and bringing your hands to your shoulders.

Step 3:Then, raise your arms in the air, flexing your tricep muscles.

Step 4:Let go of the summit of this incline.

Step 5:Take your time as you lower yourself back to the starting point.
