Meditation With Rebecca Day 12

Hi I am Rebecca. We’ll do Mindful Meditation on 12th day!

If you’re having trouble letting go of sentiments of great hostility toward someone, this form of meditation can assist.

If you’re interested in trying loving kindness meditation at home, follow these steps:

Step 1: Now concentrate on the emotions you want to communicate, such as peace, tranquilly, joy, healing, or happiness.

Step 2: From your heart to theirs Imagine these emotions as a beautiful light that radiates.

Step 3 : Such as May I & you find peace and happiness.”You could find it beneficial to express your feeling through a mantra.

Step 4 : Continue to breathe while you recite the phrase. Imagine the golden light leaving you and carrying your affection and well wishes to the other person with each exhale.

Step 5 : If you are directing the decision toward yourself, as the bright light passing through your own body.Imagine pain & more unpleasant feelings easing with each exhale
