Hi I am Rebecca. We’ll do Mindful Meditation on 13th day!

Let’s start.

If you’re interested in trying progressive muscle relaxation meditation at home, follow these steps:

Step 1: .Allow 15 minutes for preparation.

Step 2: .Find a peaceful, suitable location where you won’t be bothered.

Step 3 : Wear loose clothing and take off your shoes.

Step 4 : When you first begin, do PMR two times a day while feeling peaceful.

Step 5 : Following the steps one time a day & 1 to 2 times a week.

Step 6 : If you have any basic medical conditions that make physical activity difficult, talk to your doctor before using PMR.
