Meditation With Rebecca Day 17

Hi I am Rebecca. We’ll do Mindful Meditation on 17th day!

Today we work on another steps.

Let’s start.

If you’re interested in trying to stabilize Mind & Body meditation at home, follow these steps:

Step 1: Separate your feet when you stand up.

Step 2: Inhale, reach up, and on your exhale, clout to your right.

Step 3: Repeat Step 2.

Step 4 : Like a baseball player, inhale, reach up, exhale, and bring your hands to your knees.

Step 5 : Repeat Step 3.

Step 6 : Raise your right leg to 90 degrees in front of you while standing erect (for 1 minute).

Step 7 : Now shift your weight to your right leg and raise your left knee (for 1 minute).

Step 7 : Stand Straight.
