Hi I am Rebecca. We’ll do Mindful Meditation on 19th day!

Today we work on another steps.

Let’s start.

If you’re interested in trying to stabilize Mind & Body meditation at home, follow these steps:

Step 1: Stand Straight for (2 minute).

Step 2: Let’s now perform the exact same sequence of act on the other side.

Step 3: For now, let’s try one more standing balance pose: standing in a tree for 1 minute.

Step 4 : .Let’s now come down to the floor and relax.(3 minutes)

Step 5 : Roll to one side while bringing your knees up to your chest(30 seconds).
