Hi I am Rebecca. We’ll do Mindful Meditation on 2nd day!
Start with a Purpose when you wake up mindfully :
Step 1: Wake Up! Sit in your bed in relaxed mood.
Step 2: Take 3 long deep breaths
Step 3: Set focus on that object in front of you and repeat “Step 2” for 3 minutes.
Step 4: Make a daily goal for yourself.
Step 5: Check in with yourself throughout the day.
