If you’re interested in trying to calm and equanimity meditation at home, follow these steps:
Step 1: Let’s start by taking a few long breaths.
Step 2: Everywhere you sit, pay attention to your body.(1 minute)
Step 3: Observe for 45 seconds how other body parts are relaxing and softening.
Step 4 : Inhale deeply for 30 seconds and relax your midsection.
Step 5 : Right now, how do you feel?
Step 6 : Pay attention to the sounds in your immediate environment.
Step 7 : Change your focus now to your body and your breath.
