If you’re interested in trying to Grief meditation to release at home, follow these steps:
This guided meditation will allow you to respect the deceased person and relationship while also releasing them.
Step 1: To relax outside, look for a peaceful area next to a river or stream.
Step 2: And a sentimental memento from the departing person should be brought with you.
Step 3 : Consider the subsequent 15 breaths while you close your eyes.
Step 4 : Think about the individual.
Step 5 : Consider and picture a joyful occasion you two enjoyed.
Step 6 : Spend the following 15 breaths in contemplation of this moment.
