Step 1: Pay close attention
“Try to take the time to experience your environment with all of your senses”
Step 2: Be present in the moment
Step 3 : Accept yourself as you are
“Treat yourself the way you would treat a good friend”
Step 4: Your breathing should be your primary focus
Step 5: Set focus on that object in front of you and repeat “Step 4” for 3 minutes.
Step 6: Meditation with a body scan
“Slowly & knowingly focus your attention on each area of your body, from toe to head or head to toe, in that sequence”
