Meditation With Rebecca Day 31

Hi I am Rebecca. We’ll do Mindful Meditation on 31th day!

Let’s start.

If you’re interested in trying to Taoist meditation to release at home, follow these steps:

Step 1: Locate a peaceful spot and set for 1 minute.

Step 2: Put your eyes closed for 1 minute and visualise a lovely location. There is a light breeze, chilly.

Step 3 : Observe the hue of your eyelids’ backs. A golden brightness comes to mind.

Step 4 : Repeat Step 4.

Step 5 : Choose a mantra, such as “I am healing,” “I embrace my sadness,” or “I will get through this; I am strong.

Step 6 : You may feel better about your loss if you keep saying these things out loud.

Step 7 : Repeat Step 6.
