Hi I am Rebecca. We’ll do Mindful Meditation on 5th day!
Today we work on another step. Follow these steps because it is very helpful. I also use these steps.
You can begin your meditation by walking from the kitchen to the store for 10 minutes.
Later on, you may choose to extend your walking meditations to incorporate all or part of a daily walk.
Step 1: Pay attention to each step as you start walking.
Step 2: Take note of how many steps and minute as you take on each inhale and exhale and also your walking speed.
Step 3: Focus to your lungs, & don’t rush your breathing or the steps you take .
Step 4 : Match your steps to your breath and also walking 2 minutes.
Step 5: When you inhale then Count 1,2 and 3 steps and then exhale and Count 1,2&3 steps.Allow your lungs and feet to achieve a comfortable balance.
Step 6: You could want to utter a phrase that estimate your walking movement while you walk.
