Hi I am Rebecca. We’ll do Mindful Meditation on 7th day!
Today we changed time to the exercises. Follow these steps because it is very helpful. I also use these steps.
It’s a great opportunity to practise mindfulness in the early moments of waking up and then taking a shower:
Step 1: Turning the tap,standing under the spray for 2 minutes.
Step 2: Sense the warm water for few seconds, attempting to feel each stream separately.
Step 3 : Focus on the here and now. Bring your thoughts back to the present moment if they have wandered.
Step 4 : Start with 7 to 9 minutes and gradually increase the time to include the complete shower and drying off!
