How to Bring Mindfulness to Your Exercise Routine.
In this day we work on few other exercise routine and also changed exercises.
Step 1: Make sure you know what you want to achieve.
Step 2: Warm up your body.( for 10 minutes)
Any simple moves can be tried. Jump jacks and focus on synchronising your breath to your activity.
Step 3: Get into a routine. (15 to 20 min)
Intensify your breathing and movement while maintaining coordination. If this is difficult for you, simply concentrate on your breathing for a few minutes. You’ll get into a rhythm eventually.
Step 4 : Consider your reason for being here.
Keep in mind why you’d like to mediate in the first place. It teaches you how to focus and maintain attention, as well as how to manage your emotions.
Step 5 : Un plug
Focus on your exercise where you are.During exercise do not listen to your favourite music,not read a magazine, watch TV and not talk on a phone.
