Sleep Management with Emma Day 1

Hi I am Emma. We’ll start Day 1 of All In one Exercise.Today We Will do exercise for the breathing technique for sleep part as it is Day 1 .It’ll take us approximately 10 mins

Let’s start.

Step 1: To begin, sit up straight in a chair.

Step 2:Put the tip of your tongue on the tissue that’s immediately behind the tops of your teeth.

Step 3:Take a deep breath out of your mouth.

Step 4:Keep your lips sealed.

Step 5:As you inhale, count to seven.

Step 6:Count to eight as you exhale through your mouth.

As it is Day 1, It’ll take us 5-10 minutes to complete.
