Sleep Management with Emma Day 2

Hi I am Emma. We’ll start Day 2 of All In one Exercise.Today We Will do exercise for the breathing technique for sleep part as it is Day 2 .It’ll take us approximately 10 mins

Let’s start.

Step 1: To begin, sit up straight in a chair 2 minutes.

Step 2:Put the tip of your tongue for a second on the tissue that’s immediately behind the tops of your teeth.

Step 3:Take a 3 deep breath out of your mouth.

Step 4:Keep your lips sealed 1 minute.

Step 5:As you inhale, count to 9.

Step 6:Count to 10 as you exhale through your mouth.

As it is Day 1, It’ll take us 15-20 minutes to complete.
