Today, as your 2nd day, we deal with some Habits.

Let’s start.

Today we focus on some other things.

Step 1: First, you should avoid eating a healthy dinner. Just take a very small meal at night. And not lay down just after the meal.

Step 2: Another very important & Interesting thing is your body’s temperature. As we mentioned below, room temperature is very important. Body’s temperature is also very important. Try to avoid foods that heat your stomach. Don’t overheat your body.

Step 3: Today, after dinner, take a small walk(at least 15-20 mins).

Step 4: Limit daytime naps. Try not to take naps during the day.
