Sleep Management with Emma Day 3

Hi I am Emma. We’ll start Day 3 of All In one Exercise.Today We Will do exercise for the for sleep faster part as it is Day 3 .It’ll take us approximately 10 mins

Let’s start.

Step 1: Breath of calm. Sit down with your back straight and your head tucked slightly forward for a minute meditation before you climb into bed.

Step 2:Breathing in via one nostril and out through the other.

Step 3:Breathing with the diaphragm.

Step 4:Become aware of your breathing.

Step 5:4-7-8 A deep breath of calm.

Step 6:Breathed out.

Step 7:Breath of a humming bee.

As it is Day 1, It’ll take us 5-10 minutes to complete.
