Today, as your 4th day, we deal with some exercises and habits.

Today we focus on some other things.

Step 1: First thing you do is to be calm and chill. Forget all the tensions and headache routine. Just take 3 deep breaths.

Step 2: Listening to your favourite music for atleast 5 minutes.

Step 3: Take head massage now.

Step 4: Take hot shower now
